BMC.SMC的模內(nèi)涂層

不理解就算了,我用過國內(nèi)的粉末涂裝,所以也設(shè)想過用它來內(nèi)涂裝SMC,想探討可行性而已!

PIMC模內(nèi)涂層與SMC或BMC是化學(xué)反應(yīng)結(jié)合，非物理性結(jié)合，所以完全為一體，結(jié)合力異常牢固。

該P(yáng)IMC涂層經(jīng)氙光燈照射1000小時(shí)，20度角度光澤保留96%，2000小時(shí)保留70%。而60和85度角度，經(jīng)過2000小時(shí)后，依然保持90%。

- bathroom fixtures
- machine and electrical housings
- multiple molds can be coated at once
- robotic coaters are available
- limitations,
- plastics can be hard to direct into the mold
- parting lines of the mold build up extra material
- the powder between the mold halves must be removed after the mold halves are brought together.

都是在PIMC生產(chǎn)廠辦公室和附近海邊拍攝。。。

有客戶告訴我們，他們采用我們提供的非阻燃性模內(nèi)涂層PIMC，每平方米的用粉量是150-160克。如果是阻燃性PIMC，用量為200克。

請各位試驗(yàn)我們PIMC粉末的朋友參考，以計(jì)算成本
