Preferred knowledge:  Polymer Material 高分子材料或復(fù)合材料
Educational level:  Bachelor or above 本科以上學(xué)歷
English level: fluent English both in oral and written 流利的英語(yǔ)交流能力
Working experience:  More than 5 years’ related experience in chemical industry ,can go out for business trip often 五年以上玻璃鋼行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能適應(yīng)出差
Working Place:Nanjing 南京

Requirements:
    Knowledge of composite resins, advanced 專(zhuān)業(yè)的復(fù)合材料知識(shí)
    Knowledge of customer service, advanced  專(zhuān)業(yè)的技術(shù)服務(wù)知識(shí)

Tasks:
    Respond to internal and external customer enquiries,complaints and application-related issues
負(fù)責(zé)內(nèi)部和外部客戶的咨詢、開(kāi)發(fā)、投訴及應(yīng)用方面的工作
    Introduce, develop existing products & processes to current and potential customers
向現(xiàn)有和潛在客戶推廣產(chǎn)品和相關(guān)的工藝
    Initiate, follow-up the requests for technical development activities from customers and prospects
啟動(dòng)和跟進(jìn)現(xiàn)有客戶和潛在客戶在技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)方面的需求
    For nominated accounts act as account manager/contact person technically in charge
為指定客戶擔(dān)任客戶經(jīng)理/技術(shù)方面的聯(lián)系人
    Lab & SHE management, Secure recipe management (where recipe responsible) in line with the guidelines from DSM & BTS department management
符合公司SHE、實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理要求，確保所有涉及配方等相關(guān)內(nèi)容的保密性
    Proactive visits to customers, distributors and prospects including demonstrations and presentations and promoting DSM structure resins at industry conferences or exhibition etc.
主動(dòng)地訪問(wèn)客戶、經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商和潛在的客戶，在行業(yè)會(huì)議和展覽會(huì)上采用包括演示、演講在內(nèi)的各種方式推廣DSM的樹(shù)脂產(chǎn)品
    Evaluate samples of counter-typed and competitor’s products
對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的或是市場(chǎng)上相似產(chǎn)品的分析
    Participate in lab training of new laboratory, plant and sales personnel (including those agents and distributors)
參加對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、工廠和銷(xiāo)售的新員工進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)方面的培訓(xùn)（包括代理商和經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商）
