匯報(bào)對(duì)象：(Product Manager)

主要描述:
設(shè)該職位的主要目的：建立生產(chǎn)線，并以生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量、健康和安全等問題作為基礎(chǔ)，不斷改進(jìn)生產(chǎn)工藝，以及負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)量或產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的變更。
The main role of this position is to setup the production line and to continuously improve it based on production, quality and health and safety issues, as well as following product output or design changes.

主要工作職責(zé):
根據(jù)需要的規(guī)格和產(chǎn)量為每個(gè)工作崗位設(shè)計(jì)或選擇合適的工裝、工具
建立并完善每個(gè)工段，以提高工作效率和質(zhì)量
編寫工藝指導(dǎo)書等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文件
解答生產(chǎn)和質(zhì)量問題
A.    Design or select appropriate tooling for each workstation according to the specifications and required throughput
B.    Setup each workstation to facilitate efficient and quality work
C.    Write appropriate work instructions for each production step
D.    Troubleshoot production and quality issues

任職要求:
工業(yè)、機(jī)械或相關(guān)專業(yè)
3-5年以上管理或獨(dú)立組裝生產(chǎn)線與生產(chǎn)工藝的經(jīng)驗(yàn)
有工業(yè)產(chǎn)品，尤其產(chǎn)品外觀方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，例如塑料部件裝配
有夾具和工具設(shè)計(jì)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)
具有閱讀及繪制工程圖紙和草圖的能力（二維平面圖和三維）
會(huì)撰寫工作指令
有ISO9000體系內(nèi)審方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)

1.0    Engineering degree in industrial, mechanical or related field
2.0    3-5 year + experience in managing or setting up production assembly lines and manufacturing processes.
3.0    Experience in industry where product appearance is critical, for example plastic part assembly.
4.0    Experience in jig and tool design
5.0    Ability to read and draw engineering drawings and sketches (CAD and 3D)
6.0    Experience in writing work instructions
7.0    Experience in ISO9000 system
