纏繞制品的標準和檢測

1美國復合材料標準
1.1 概況
在纖維增強塑料（復合材料）領域，ASTM標準化水平最高，ASTM的D30委員會（復合材料）、ASTM的D20委員會（塑料）中的D20.18（增強熱固性塑料）、ASTM的D20委員會（塑料）中的D20.23（增強塑料管和耐化學設備）開展纖維增強塑料（復合材料）標準化工作。ASTM的D30委員會已制定了75項試驗方法標準，有6項標準正在制定；ASTM的D20委員會中的D20.18已制定了18項標準；ASTM的D20委員會中的D20.23已制定了35項標準，有4項標準正在制定。
ASTM的試驗方法標準幾乎完全覆蓋當今復合材料的性能表征和測試，絕大多數為全球最先發布，得到全世界的普遍認可和采用。ASTM的產品標準以管道、貯罐、拉擠型材為主，產品標準側重于結構設計、原材料和工藝控制，較好地體現復合材料制造的特殊過程，比較科學合理。
在美國，除ASTM外，其他的協會、學會也發布所使用的復合材料產品標準，并具有很高的權威性，如美國石油學會（API）、美國水行業協會。
1.2 ASTM（美國材料試驗學會）
19世紀80年代，為解決采購商與供貨商在購銷工業材料過程中產生的意見和分歧，有人提出建立技術委員會制度，由技術委員會組織各方面的代表參加技術座談會，討論解決有關材料規范、試驗程序等方面的爭議問題。1902年美國材料試驗學會（American Society for Testing Materials）成立。隨著其業務范圍的不斷擴大和發展，學會的工作中心不僅僅是研究和制定材料規范和試驗方法標準，還包括各種材料、產品、系統、服務項目的特點和性能標準，以及試驗方法、程序等標準。1961年該組織又將其名稱改為延用至今的美國材料與試驗學會（American Society for Testing and Materials, ASTM）。
ASTM是美國最老、最大的非盈利性的標準學術團體之一。經過一個世紀的發展，ASTM現有33669個（個人和團體）會員，其中有22396個主要委員會會員在其各個委員會中擔任技術專家工作。ASTM的技術委員會下共設有2004個技術分委員會。有105817個單位參加了ASTM標準的制定工作，主要任務是制定材料、產品、系統、和服務等領域的特性和性能標準、試驗方法和程序標準，促進有關知識的發展和推廣。

1.3 API（美國石油學會）
API是ANSI認可的標準制定機構，自1924年發布第1個標準開始，API現在已發布了500個標準。API在美國國內以及在世界其他國家都享有很高的聲望，它是美國商業部和美國貿易委員會承認的石油機械認證機構。它所制定的石油化工和采油機械技術標準被許多國家采用，中東、南美和亞洲許多國家的石油公司在招標采購石油機械時，一般都要求佩有API標志的產品才能有資格參加投標。因此，擁有API標志的石油機械設備不僅被認為是質量可靠而且具有先進水平。已制定的復合材料產品相關標準有：

AWWA成立于1881年，是安全用水方面的權威機構。已制定的復合材料產品相關標準有：

2 國際標準（ISO）
國際標準化組織（International Organization for Standardization）簡稱ISO，是世界上最大的非政府性標準化專門機構，是國際標準化領域中一個十分重要的組織。ISO的任務是促進全球范圍內的標準化及其有關活動，以利于國際間產品與服務的交流，以及在知識、科學、技術和經濟活動中發展國際間的相互合作。它顯示了強大的生命力，吸引了越來越多的國家參與其活動。
在國際標準化組織方面，有二個分技術委員會開展復合材料領域的標準化工作。一是ISO/TC61/SC13（復合材料和增強纖維分技術委員會），TC61/SC13為TC61（塑料）下的一個分技術委員會，負責復合材料和增強纖維標準化工作。ISO/TC61/SC13共發布了44項復合材料材料標準，其中有2項半成品標準（片裝模塑料SMC和團裝模塑料），1項基礎標準，其他均為試驗方法標準。ISO的試驗方法標準的技術內容與ASTM標準和我國標準基本相同，但發布時間遠遠落后于ASTM標準和我國標準。ISO/TC138/SC6（增強塑料管和管件分技術委員會）共發布了29項管道和管件的相關標準。
第二個是ISO/TC138/SC6，TC138/SC6為TC138（液體輸送用塑料管、管件和閥門）下的一個分技術委員會，負責增強塑料管和管件的標準化工作。ISO/TC138和ISO/TC61達成協議，塑料管、管件和閥門相關標準均由ISO/TC138負責。TC138/SC6已制定的標準有：

纏繞產品以管道和貯罐為主，ASTM、歐盟和ISO已完善的管道標準體系。

4 我國標準
全國纖維增強塑料歸口管理的國家標準99項（含正在報批的標準），其中基礎標準4項，方法標準69項，產品標準26項。歸口管理的行業標準33項，其中方法標準13項，產品標準20項。
纖維增強塑料（復合材料）的試驗方法標準大多采用ASTM標準，包括試驗板的制備、靜態力學性能、夾層結構性能、熱性能、燃燒、化學性能、老化性能等，已形成較為完善的性能測試標準體系。

4.2 管道標準的不足
與ASTM、ISO和歐盟標準相比，在我國標準尚缺以下標準：
（1）管件標準 ：管件標準曾于1996年立項，但由于種種原因，標準未能制訂出來。
（2）驗證管接頭設計的試驗方法：驗證接頭設計，歐盟標準、ISO有專門標準，對柔性接頭、對接接頭和法蘭都有相應的要求。在GB/T21238—2007《玻璃纖維增強塑料夾砂管》以資料性附錄的形式給出了接頭的試驗要求，鼓勵企業在管接頭設計生產過程中對接頭進行試驗。但至今，我國幾乎沒有企業開展過類似系統試驗，說明我們的產品研發做得不細致。

（3）長期性能試驗方法標準：長期靜水壓、長期循環水壓、長期環剛度、長期應變或腐蝕應變。
5 纏繞制品的檢測
5.1高壓管
管道設計、定型或型式試驗需進行的項目：長期靜水壓、軸向熱膨脹系數（23℃～額定使用溫度）、環向拉伸彈性模量和泊松比（23℃下、額定使用溫度下）、軸向拉伸彈性模量和泊松比（23℃下、額定使用溫度下）、短時水壓失效壓力（23℃下、額定使用溫度下）、循環內壓（以0～1.2倍壓力等級～0為一個循環）、1000小時水壓驗證。
出廠檢驗需進行的項目：外觀、尺寸、螺紋、靜水壓、玻璃化轉變溫度、玻璃纖維含量。
5.2 工藝管
外觀、尺寸、內襯和結構層的樹脂含量、內襯和結構層的固化度、水壓、短時失效水壓（環向拉伸強度）、軸向拉伸性能、平行板外載剛度。
對設計、定型，ASTM標準規定有長期靜水壓、梁強度、接頭性能。
5.3 夾砂管
外觀、尺寸、巴氏硬度、樹脂不可溶分含量、直管段管壁組分含量、水壓滲漏、初始環剛度、初始環向拉伸強力、初始軸向拉伸強力、初始撓曲性、初始環向彎曲強度。
對設計、定型，國外標準規定有長期靜水壓、接頭性能。
5.4 貯罐
貯罐宜從設計、原材料使用和制造過程中把關，其檢測項目主要有外觀、幾何尺寸（如長度、內壁錐角、法蘭接管與管軸線的垂直度、法蘭接管的方位偏差和角度偏差）、總重量、罐頂集中載荷、滿水滲漏、滿水應變。
6 幾點建議
（1）通過夾砂管生產許可證的實施，企業都配備了相應的檢測設備，也培訓了檢驗員，但一些廠家并沒有真正發揮檢測設備的作用，僅僅作為獲得生產許可證的一個必要條件，檢驗人員對標準和檢測的目的和意義理解的不夠，對于相應檢測項目的內容知其然，不知所以然。實驗設備利用率極低，甚至成為擺設。因此建議生產廠家充分重視檢驗對企業技術進步，驗證設計結果，優化產品結構，提高產品質量，降低成本的重要作用。同時要求檢驗人員對檢驗項目做的心中有數，最大限度發揮檢驗設備的作用。
（2）管道系統包含直管、管件、連接形式等，要對管件、連接形式進行驗證。
（3）要把開展長期性能試驗提到議事日程，用長期性能試驗獲得的結果進行設計是國際通行的設計方法，其科學性不言而喻，對提產品質量、保證可靠使用、降低成本都具有重要意義。目前國內有幾家廠家已經開始委托檢測中心進行長期性能試驗，但大部分廠家沒有認識到長期性能的意義。
（4）重視原材料的測試，特別是樹脂澆鑄體的性能，企業在選擇材料時需加以考慮，并使用前進行測試，確保產品質量。
